About us

One team. Six disciplines.
And a product built from the work.

We started as marketing automation specialists and never stopped being good at it. Then clients kept asking for the next thing — the website, the AI workflow, the search strategy — so we hired for it rather than sending them elsewhere.

Built on operations work. Grown into everything around it.

The InHouse Marketers exists because of a gap most B2B teams recognise: you need serious marketing operations expertise, but not enough of it to justify a permanent hire — and the traditional agency route puts three account layers between you and the person who actually knows Marketo.

We began with marketing automation and Salesforce, and those remain the deep end: certified consultants across Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua and Marketing Cloud, doing implementations, migrations and the rescue work that follows someone else’s shortcuts.

The rest followed the requests. AI integration, website development, design, SEO and paid media are now in-house, delivered by the same vetted team — which mostly means nobody has to explain your lead routing twice. 150+ projects and 40+ global clients later, that is still how we work.

MarqIQ started as our own internal shortcut

You cannot run this many implementations without noticing you are rebuilding the same five things every time.

The UTM fields. The hidden fields on the forms. The workflow that pins first touch so it survives the next twenty visits. The audit nobody has time to run. The templates rebuilt by hand because the platform wants its own markup. Every engagement, the same work, done carefully and slowly by people who should have been solving harder problems.

So we built it properly, once. MarqIQ is the result — an execution engine for marketing operations that runs those jobs inside HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce rather than beside them. Our consultants use it on client work. It is live now on a 14-day free trial, and capability keeps arriving in phases.

That is also the honest reason to trust our advice on marketing operations: we are not describing this work from the outside. We do enough of it to have got tired of the repetitive parts and gone and engineered them away.

The InHouse difference

Six things clients tell us are different from the last agency they used.

We start with your instance, not a template

Every audit begins inside your actual platform — the programmes, the field sprawl, the routing nobody has touched since the person who built it left. Recommendations come from what is there, not from a deck we reuse.

Certified, and current

Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud and Eloqua, plus the newer end — Clay, n8n, Claude, modern web stacks. Certification is the entry requirement for working on your account, not a badge on a website.

We work inside your team

Use our strategy people, our web team, our CRM consultants, or all three. You get named people in your Slack, not a ticket queue and an account manager relaying messages.

We stay after go-live

The interesting problems appear in month three, not week one. Support, training and refinement continue past implementation, because a platform nobody maintains degrades quietly and expensively.

Measured on pipeline

We report against lead quality, pipeline contribution and operational time saved. Activity metrics are how agencies look busy while nothing improves.

Delhi-based, timezone-agnostic

We are in Delhi and most of our clients are not. Across 40+ global clients in UK, US, EMEA and APAC, engagements run remotely with calls in your working hours — which by now we are rather good at.

Four ways to work with us

Pick the structure that matches the work, not the one that suits our forecasting.

Fixed

Set scope

Defined deliverables, fixed price, clear end date. Best for a single implementation or a migration with known boundaries.

Flexible

Hourly

Pay for the time used, nothing more. Suits audits, consultative work and anything where the scope will genuinely move.

Ongoing

Monthly retainer

A dedicated block of hours every month. The usual choice for teams who need marketing operations covered but not a full-time hire.

Strategic

Quarterly retainer

Planning cycles, roadmap ownership and a longer horizon. Best value where the programme is committed and continuous.

One service or the whole stack — both are normal

Some clients arrive for a single Marketo implementation and we never hear from them again, which is fine. Others start there and end up with the CRM, the AI workflows, a rebuilt website and the search strategy pointing at it. Tell us which one you are and we will scope accordingly.
