What happens on the free discovery call?
Thirty minutes, no slides. You describe your current setup and what is not working; we ask the specific questions that tell us where the problem sits. You leave with our read on the situation and a rough sense of effort, whether or not you hire us.
How quickly can you start?
Most projects begin within one to two weeks of a signed agreement. Urgent rescue work, such as a broken sync or a migration stalled mid-flight, can usually start sooner. Timelines are confirmed on the discovery call.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We are based in Delhi NCR and most of our clients are not. Work is delivered remotely with calls scheduled in your working hours, in US, UK and European time zones as well as the rest of EMEA and APAC.
What if I am not sure which service I need?
That is what the call is for. Plenty of people arrive describing a reporting problem that turns out to be a data-capture problem, or a website brief that is a lead-routing brief underneath. We will tell you which one you have.
What does the free system audit include?
